Trust & Safety

A safer, more accountable yoga index

These rules apply equally to bookable and advertising-only providers. Reports are assessed on evidence, urgency and risk—not commercial status. We preserve allegations securely, use neutral language, and avoid publishing unverified claims.

Be truthful

Do not misrepresent identity, credentials, affiliations, prices or availability.

Keep people safe

No harassment, exploitation, sexual misconduct, hate, threats or unsafe instruction.

Protect minors

Providers offering children’s classes must hold the checks required where they operate.

Use payments safely

Never solicit passwords, verification codes, crypto, gift cards or undisclosed off-platform payments.

Review honestly

Reviews must describe a completed booking. Incentivised, coordinated or provider-authored reviews are prohibited.

How are reports handled?

Immediate safety and safeguarding concerns receive priority triage. We may temporarily suspend a profile while credible, high-risk allegations are assessed. Professional misconduct cases receive legal review and defamation-aware handling. Evidence is restricted to reviewers who need it.

What evidence do we act on?

We grade every misconduct allegation before acting on it. Official records—court, regulator or statutory register—and corroborated first-hand accounts can support removal from the index. A single first-hand account can support removal but never a public statement. Anonymous or second-hand claims are monitored only, unless there is a specific, immediate risk to identifiable people.

What do we publish about an allegation?

Nothing. Where a listing was created by us from public information and the person has no account with us, our only remedy is to stop publishing the listing. We do not add warnings or badges to a profile, do not tell enquirers why a listing was removed, do not name anyone in transparency reporting, and never use an allegation to quietly demote someone in search results.

When is a profile suspended, and for how long?

A temporary suspension is a precaution while we assess, not a finding that anything happened. Every suspension or delisting records the decision-maker, a written reason and at least one evidence reference. We review within 7 days, extendable once with a recorded reason. If that deadline passes without a decision, the listing is restored—except in safeguarding cases, which stay suppressed until decided.

How do I appeal if I never signed up?

The same way you would ask for removal: through the no-account form. You never have to create an account, claim a profile, accept terms or pay anything to appeal, and reinstatement is never conditioned on doing so. Once you have verified that the listing is yours—by replying from the contact address published on it—we share the substance of what was alleged. Until then we can only confirm that the listing was removed. We never identify who reported it. A different person from the original decision-maker decides the appeal, within 14 days.

How do I report or correct a listing?

Use “Report this provider” on any profile for safety, impersonation, misconduct, scams or incorrect/closed information. To remove your own seeded profile, use the preserved removal flow; it does not require an account.
